Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a professional manufacturer specialized in construction tools. And we trade our products with our clients directly.
Q: Can you do OEM and ODM?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both acceptable. The materials, colors, styles and so on can be customized, the MOQ will be advised after our discussion.
We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing.
Q: Can we use our own logo?
A: Yes, we can print your private logo according to your request.
Q: How many packaging do you have?
A: We have two packages including inner box and outer carton.
Q: Can you do our own packaging?
A: Yes, you just provide the package design and we will produce what you want. We also have the professional designer who can help you to do the packaging design.
Q: How many different types of products your company manufactures?
A: Now we have about 34 products. We have a strong advantage of OEM/ODM, you can just give us the actual products or your idea that you want, we will manufacture them for you.
Q: When can I get the price?
A: Usually we quote within 8 hours after we get your clearly specified inquiry.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: If we have the products in stock, there will be no MOQ. If we need to produce, we can discuss the MOQ according to your exact situation.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: The general delivery time is 30-45 days after receiving your order confirmation. In case of that we have the goods in stock, it will only take 1-2 days.
Q: Do you provide sample ? Is it free?
A: If the sample is low value, we will provide the free sample with freight collect. But for some high value samples, we need to collect the sample charge.
Q: What is your term of payment?
A: In general, the payment is 30% down payment before producing and 70% balance payment before shipping.
Q: Which payment form you can accept?
A: T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal etc. We accept any convenient payment terms.
Q: What is your shipping service?
A: We can provide services for vessel booking, goods consolidation, customs declaration, shipping documents preparation and delivery bulk at the shipping port.
Q: What is your term of the delivery?
A: Our ordinary delivery term is FOB Shanghai or Ningbo. We also accept EXW, CFR, CIF, DDP, DDU etc. We will offer you the shipping charges and you can choose the one which is the most convenient and effective for you.
Q: Which shipping way can you provide?
A: We can provide shipping by sea, by air and by express.
Q: What is your after-sale service?
A: We will be responsible for any quality problems. Any quality problem will be solved to customers' satisfactions.
Q: How is your quality control?
A: We have QC persons who stay on the production lines to do the inspection. All products must have been inspected before delivery. We do online inspection and final inspection.
1.All raw materials must be checked once they arrive in our factory.
2.All pieces and logo and all details must be checked during production.
3.All packing details must be checked during production.
4.All production quality and packing must be checked on final inspection after finished.
Q: How can we get a quote?

Q: May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
A: Yes, you may have new sample made with your own design for your comnfirmation.
Q: Can we cooperate with Aliplast as agent ?
A: Yes, you are very welcomed to be our agent in your country or your region.
Q: May I know what is the nearest airport from your company? In case I visit your company.
A: The nearest airport from our company is Hangzhou, and the second nearest airport is Shanghai airport.
Q: Which field are your products applied to?
A: Our products are widely used to cut tiles and to handle large slabs in all tiles projects.
