The guide rail kit is composed of one base channel and one chromed precision guide rail.
The Base Channel is made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy (exceptional hardness and wear resistance) with three-sided rectangular channel (24mm×20mm cross-section) and a wall thickness of 8mm one side and 5mm opposite side. For installation, it is designed to clamp onto around 20mm wood/stone slabs or wood boards, and securely fixed by tool-free mounting screws. The stability is ensured by the 24mm channel width.
The Precision Guide Rail is made of Chrome-plated, heat-treated high-carbon steel with a diameter of 16mm or 20mm and a hardness:
58-62 HRC (extremely wear-resistant), providing exceptional high durability and wear-resistant property. It can even resist saw blade damage (30 minutes of continuous sawing shows no wear) ensures a longevity of 20+ years service life.
The Beveled End of the guide rail is to facilitate smooth slide bearing block engagement, to protect bearing balls from dislodgement during operation.
